I've spent 17 years making quality a strategic function, not a bottleneck.

At The Co-operative Bank, I served as ART Test Lead across 7 concurrent SAFe Scrum teams — functionally leading 22 QA professionals and four strategic technology vendors across the bank's most critical digital transformation programmes. Work ranged from defining end-to-end test strategies for multi-million-pound customer onboarding programmes, to leading quality governance through the bank's test practice transformation to Publicis Sapient.

In April and May 2026, I completed dual ISTQB certifications in AI Testing (CT-AI) and Testing with Generative AI (CT-GenAI), making me one of a small number of UK practitioners certified in both specialisms.

Currently seeking Programme Test Manager, E2E Test Manager, or Quality Engineering Lead roles — UK (North West / Remote). Available from July 2026.
